We are totally a UK based business at this stage  and ever being aware of costs we don’t offer a 24/7 support. Our servers are on the other hand monitored very closely and with built in resilience and a system that informs us of any issues we aim for 99% up time. Whilst we will make every effort to maintain this should there be issues that are out of our control such as node failure  or major router failure all we can do is inform the provider of the issue and pursue regularly.

As for your sites that you personally developed we will endeavour to help with any issue you may have but our support is primarily amine at up time and getting your site up on our servers .
